As of December 24th, new hotel rooms have been added to the WTA Room block!
WHAT IF YOU CAN'T GET A ROOM?
Wait for WTA cancellations. There are usually a LOT of room cancellations near the cancellation deadline. We had 75 rooms open up after the 2024 cancellation deadline. The deadline is a month earlier than usual (December 30). Any canceled rooms will go back into the WTA block for re-sale. There is a chance you will be able to get a room in the block at that time.
Book outside the room block at the Fairmont. If you can't get a room right away, you could book a room at a higher rate at the Fairmont and then move into the block after the cancelation deadline if rooms become available. Verify the cancelation date is not sooner than the WTA Cancellation date of December 30 before booking at a higher rate.
Book a room at a nearby hotel. Just make sure you cancel the room after the WTA cancellation deadline. If rooms open up after the cancellation deadline, you can cancel that room and get one in the WTA block.

Lift Tickets / Rentals
WTA Discounted Lift Tickets & Rentals can be ordered until March 8, 2025. You will pickup your tickets when you are in Whistler. The person placing the order/name on credit card will be responsble for picking up the orders. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER FROM THE WTA REGISTRATION DESK
